Kpf

  1. To calculate conicity according to UIC519 it is important to find a start position of the wheelset where the two wheels on the wheelset have the same rolling radiuses. In older releases program KPF just choose the nearest zero-passage, now KPF searches for the most correct zero-passage by using time-integration.
  2. If the wheelset moves away from the zero-passage, when calculating the conicity according to UIC519. This indicates the wheelset is moving towards another zero-passage. In this case; set the conicity as undefined and stop trying to find conicities for larger amplitudes.
